All Browning Digital digital products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Because we cannot verify whether a copy has been retained after a refund, we are unable to issue refunds once delivery has occurred.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal, credit/debit card via Paddle, or cryptocurrency via Coinbase Commerce). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated purchase-and-refund patterns across the same or multiple accounts. We take refund abuse seriously and may restrict access to future purchases in such cases.
